Alignment is not about agreement.

True alignment comes from knowing what someone actually believes, not just how they perform their role.

The most impactful lessons this month weren't about design, they were about connectedness.

There is a lot of vulnerability in asking people to build a dream with you. Navigating the delicate space between friend, collaborator, and business partner requires candid transparency: honestly stating what you can do, what you can't do, and why.

You quickly learn who is authentically in your corner, whether they are there to cheer, invest, or simply redirect you. Every role is valid, but growth demands sacrifice, humility, and grace.

Reminded me of my grandmother who instilled one thing above all else in our family: togetherness. The older I get, the more I understand the weight of that lesson. Now back to work.
