Architecture design + build
As soon as I met Tramel, I knew he had an eye for great design. It was a matter of time before we'd collab on something amazing.

Since then, we've co-created the most signature pieces of his SoCo Treehouse:

Stair fabrication + build

Tramel saw my work in similar luxury homes and was inspired to create something unique for his Treehouse.

We quickly came up with an idea for a floating staircase, anchored by a floating glass wine cabinet.

The final touch; motion sensor lights that follow each step you take.

Landscape design + install
We had the opportunity to work directly with Tramel, bringing his vision to life through precise detailing, integrated lighting, and clean modern hardscape throughout.

Our role? Precision and flawless execution. His role? Intentional, beautiful design.
